Somatic Therapy

Hello! My Name is Sandra Green.

Through my own journey of healing, I experienced much change in my life. My personal development led me to be of service to help others. The search for emotional wellness and the ability to create space for your thought processes is sacred. Stillness taught me to be with myself and learn to heal and follow my heart.

My transformation allows me to attest that there are new ways of living after a lot of trauma and emotional disruption. The ability to use tools to re-signify my belief systems and dogmas has given me the opportunity to expand my perspective. Discipline and practice in my daily routine have brought about beautiful shifts in my life.

I am a compassionate and empathetic person, who is passionate about listening to people and supporting them through their own healing journey.
